What does Web 2.0 really look like, is it just about the look-and-feel of the site, is it function related or is Web 2.0 just a big, useless buzz-term?
To me it’s about function and this quotation from Tapscott & Williams perfectly expresses that:
Whether people are creating sharing or socialising, the new Web is principally about participating rather than passively receiving information.
